Ramco Energy plc is an Energy Investment Company based in Aberdeen, Scotland.
Its current investments are held through subsidiaries and associate companies and cover both Oil & Gas and Marine Renewables.
Its
Oil and Gas investments include, a portfolio of North Sea royalty interests
held by Eagle HC, Celtic Sea oil and gas exploration acreage through
AIM listed Lansdowne Oil & Gas plc, and various interests in Azerbaijan,
Bulgaria and Montenegro, through Ramco Oil & Gas. Through its holding in Mesopotamia Petroleum Company Ramco is trying
to access oil service business in Iraq.
In June 2008 Ramco launched a Marine Renewables subsidiary, SeaEnergy Renewables Limited after securing the only team with experience of designing and building deepwater wind turbines.
