Resignation of Non-Executive Director

Ramco, the Aberdeen-based independent exploration company, announces the resignation of Dennis Paterson as a Non – Executive Director, with effect from today’s date.

Mr Paterson has recently taken up a full time position involving extensive international travel and is no longer able to devote sufficient time to his role with Ramco.

Mr Paterson holds no shares in Ramco, but does hold options over 70,000 shares, which will remain exercisable until 29th July 2015.

Steve Remp, Ramco’s Chairman, said:
