The Company announces that it was notified on 1 April 2008 that Artemis Investment Management Limited holds 3,225,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Ramco, equivalent to 8.74 per cent of the issued voting share capital of the Company. The shares are held in the name of Artemis UK Smaller Companies.
